I loved the way it felt so old in the beginning. It may have been the future, but it could certainly have been the past as well. Very entertaining to read. Great story, and very interesting premise. At first I thought it was going to be a female version of Scrooge by I liked how it turned out. It's an interesting scenario for the future you've fashioned here, almost as if people have reverted after the loss of oil. Why are they Oreos so addicting?
