Is there still enough interest in Flashes of Speculation for me to continue accepting submissions?  Rod seems to be the only writer submitting stuff with any consistency, and the stats and comments indicate that very few people come to read.  I’d appreciate thoughts from anyone who still comes here.

I suppose I ought to stop lurking, but I do read the writing here through google reader.  So, you have my vote to stay.  If there isn’t enough interest, though, I quite understand.

I went awol for a while, but have started dropping in again. I like the writing here and I agree with Jayne – I would vote to keep FoS – but of course I’m not doing the work! Tough call. I’ve put a link to one of my stories on my Crimespace page. I wonder what other ways there are to get FoS noticed by more people? Might be worth rallying the troops to get the word out and see if that makes a difference.

Have been working on the anthology! I have some stories to submit, if ‘Flashes’ is still up.

I’ve been away working on a few other projects – but I do drop in from time to time.  I plan on dropping you a new story or two soon.  I hope you keep at it!!

Mind if I browse through your site for a few to re-print at my new zine, Residential Aliens? I’ll be sure to contact the authors and you for permission and link. You might even have a few to suggest – stories that deserve a second look in a different part of the ‘sphere? :-) Let me know. Drop by to visit ResAliens as well and enjoy the stories there. I’m hosting a Micro-Fiction Contest (entries 100 words or less), so that should be fun. Wish you well.
